Assistant Director, Sector Grants System (System Development) #SGUnitedJobs

• Develop a new online platform system with an IT team that enable 250+ service providers in the long term care sectors to apply and claim for sector grants schemes in an efficient and effective manner
• Work with external and internal stakeholders to design a seamless application and claims process and to ensure a robust governance framework is in place
• Identify misalignment in development scope, schedule, and priorities across teams, and work with different stakeholders to smoothen development with a focus on delivering business benefits
• Conceptualise and plan the on-boarding experience for service providers in terms of training and prepping of materials for the system
• Provide leadership and drive the development of team competencies and develop the officers as professionals

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline with at least 10 years of relevant managerial experience with significant exposure to process planning and IT system development work
• Possess strong organizations skills and effective project management skills in managing multiple projects concurrently and independently
• Able to handle ambiguity and work pressure in a fast pace work
  environment, with an emphasis on delivering maximum outcome under a tight project timeline
• Able to demonstrate understanding of Agile methodology in IT system development
• Able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills in handling diverse situations and manage individual differences
• Possess good analytical and systems thinking skills
• Possesses good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Versatile in working independently as well as an effective team player
