To support the CFO and the wider finance team in delivery of transformational projects and initiatives. The purpose of the Finance transformation team is delivering defined projects to create efficiency and improvement through process reengineering, system enhancements, digitalization and data visualisation.


What to Expect:

  • Lead change from within for functions under FIPG (Finance, Investment and Procurement Group)

  • Work collaboratively with the finance shared services team to optimise operational efficiencies

  • Assess the change impact to the Business, including strategies to mitigate resistance and friction to support the Business change aspects of the programme

  • Drive awareness, engagement and commitment of stakeholders on the need to change, what success looks like, with a strong desire to participate in the success of the change

  • Facilitate the implementation technology driven initiatives (e.g. Robotic Process Automation, Data Analytics) to enhance business functionalities and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of satisfaction

  • Identify, communicate and celebrate early wins, and resilient when things do not go as planned with the ability to recover back to a successful path quickly

  • Performing detailed planning & project management of implementation activities

  • Support other finance activities as required to support finance in meeting its project commitments


How to Succeed:

  • Working experience in Finance/Accounting or in the Finance Applications consulting domain

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in large-scale projects with 1 year in driving change management initiatives relevant to transformation programs (stakeholder management, change impact analysis, organization design, communication planning, training support and business readiness)

  • Process design skills – able to critically review existing processes; make recommendations for rationalisation and improvement, and implement them operationally 

  • Understanding of finance function, operating models, supporting organization structures, processes and best practices

  • Knowledge of ERP and Finance technologies. E.g. SAP / Oracle / Workday / Tableau / data analytics and visualisation / Robotic Process Automation (UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) etc will be advantageous
