Job Description

You will provide support for cluster manpower resourcing projects and initiatives which include the review of resourcing policies and processes and the use of leading-edge recruitment practices and technology in sourcing and hiring high-quality healthcare talents for SingHealth. You will also conceptualise, design, develop and deliver effective policies for people management and development, as well as systems and processes to attract, motivate and retain talents for the new acute and community hospitals which will be located in the eastern region of Singapore.


Requirements

  • Recognised degree in any discipline, preferably with a post-graduate qualification in Human Resource
  • At least 6 years of experience in generalist HR management function gained from large organisations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and statistical software
  • Meticulous and equipped with up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and practical application
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships and credibility across the organisation
  • Team player, independent, resourceful and adaptable in a fluid and dynamic work environment
