What you'll do:

  • Manage multiple existing key accounts to achieve targets by implementing appropriate and unique strategies.
  • Acquire new clients across industries in the European region.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with strategic customers.
  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Responsible for generating new business by mining existing accounts for full suit recruitment solutions in APAC.
  • Strategize business plans and implement the same to increase the client base.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of various recruitment models and value propositions.
  • Capable of writing business proposals and contracts independently.
  • Interact with clients at the CXO level.
  • Get involved in the complete recruitment cycle - from generating new business to invoice collection.
  • Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
  • Meet and exceed defined monthly target.
  • Knowledge of local laws, compliance and governing bodies for recruitment.
  • Should be comfortable working in a start-up environment.
  • Follow industry trends locally and internationally.
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.
  • Team management and interpersonal relationship are vital to this role.

What you'll need:

Minimum eight years of experience in Key Account Management with Recruitment and Staffing firms.
