  • Responsible for handling appointment bookings (screening and post-screening) for all Health Screening guests (Private/walk in and corporates) for both health screening centers.
  • Responsible in managing guest queries in regards to Health Screening.
  • Responsible in ensuring the medical report for all  guests are released in time.
  • Responsible in managing feedback and customer complaints with regards to Health Screening and ensure it is resolved in the required time frame.
  • Responsible to follow up on queries that may require some assistance from the health screening doctor or other staff.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma or equivalent qualifications in any fields of study
  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in healthcare, hospitality or customer service industry
  • Friendly with pleasant disposition
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well in a team and independantly and is resourceful
  • Self driven
  • Computer literate
  • Able to converse in Mandarin will have added advantage (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
