Care Associate (Nursing Home)

Main Job Role & Responsibilities
• Promote safety and comfort for residents when accompanying them in transport services (in-house and/or outsource transport services) from home to hospitals/polyclinics for medical appointments and handling of wheelchair if required

Other Job Role & Responsibilities
• Attend to the needs of residents in meeting their basic hygiene needs and to perform their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) focusing on personal grooming, serving of meals and feeding

• Safeguard and motivate residents for active participation in recreational, social and physical programmes/activities by interacting and engaging them

Job Requirements
• Passionate in providing care and support for seniors
• Older workers exploring flexible work arrangement are welcomed to join us
• No experience required, training will be provided.
