Care Partner (Ang Mo Kio)

New Nursing Home in ANG MO KIO!

We are looking for Care Partners to help elderly live a meaningful life through empowering them whenever possible to participate in daily living and providing direct personal care when needed in line with our model of care.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide support to elders in their daily living and hygiene care (e.g. feeding, toileting, showering)
• Taking vital signs for Clients
• Conduct cognitive, physical, recreational & social activities
• Engage elders to promote a socially cohesive home feel
• Prepare and serve food and beverages for elders and assist in simple housekeeping tasks

Requirements:

• Min Secondary Education
• Patience & Compassion in serving elderly residents
• Able to work shift duties
• Candidate with prior healthcare experience will be an advantage
• No experience but candidates with passion are welcome too
