Job Function

The Catering Coordinator is a central member of the Catering and Conference Services Team. From small, intimate business meetings to elegant weddings and banquets, the Catering Team focuses on booking our public room space, designing menus and coordinating events to ensure they happen flawlessly. The Coordinator provides administrative assistance to Catering Managers. This position assists with administering contracts, Banquet Event Orders, our Change and Guarantee System and is responsible for general office administration. The Coordinator maintains the guest filing system and provides other support wherever needed.

Job Requirements

We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the office. A good working knowledge of all MS systems; Word, PowerPoint, Excel are required. Applicants must also have a high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. A positive attitude and a can-do approach to any task are essential!
