Job Description

Descriptions

  • Act as the main POC for all day-to-day operational issues within the Business Group
  • Provide guidance to all executives on resource issues within the Group
  • Provide guidance to executives on the management and execution of any emergency operations. (e.g. unplanned and planned operations, catering events, VIP visits, etc.)
  • Provide support on manpower deployment within Group
  • Monitor the Group's receptivity survey results and take necessary actions for improvement
  • Manage and monitor the Group's KPIs
  • Manage Group's expenditure and fixed assets.
  • Provide recommendation/feedback on staff hiring, performance, promotion and disciplinary actions
  • Manage all planned and unplanned events within the Group, ensuring that there are always sufficient resources to support the events
  • Conduct investigations on minor/major failure cases
  • Ensure information from HQ is well disseminated to the respective Key Account Executives accordingly
  • Implement operation plans, operational prerequisite program and procedures established by the management
  • Analyze monthly financial status for the Group and proactively follow up on any abnormal trends
  • Build, engage and maintain good relationship with customers
  • Coordinate audit arrangements with the respective business units and customers and follow up on any audit findings
  • Enforce and ensure food safety objectives, HACCP plan and Halal regulations are implemented
  • Ensure food hygiene and safety guidelines are strictly adhere within the Group

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years of F&B experience in large scale operation management role
  • Preferably with driving license and advance food hygiene certificate
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management and SAP
  • Good knowledge in Food Hygiene and Safety, management of food planning cost and operating cost according to budget
  • Good computer skill is essential
