Job Description

Job Purpose

Drive first class plant supply chain performance to support top line and bottom line business growth. Scope 4 factories (Australia, Japan, Vietnam, Tunisia) and supporting the entire International region/markets.

Ensure operational excellence with a proactive risk assessment (capacity, resources, API, mono sourcing, etc…) and ensure that plans are in place to ensure continuity of supply.

Align plant supply chain targets to meet business objectives short term and long term (portfolio management, NPD, innovation, sourcing).

Build a talented network of supply chain leaders, raising competencies/capabilities, sharing and implementing best practices.

Key Tasks and accountabilities

Sustain short/long term service : Work with sites to identify potential risks and bottlenecks (capacity, resources, API, quality, mono sourcing, ….). Ensure that action plans are in place to mitigate impacts, including BCP. Lead long term capacity planning across sites based on commercial strategic plan to anticipate investment/Capex required.

Performance : Align SLA between site and markets to deliver top and bottom line growth, including but not limited to service, production frequency, MOQ, inventory. Review KPI performance monthly with sites, including adherence to plan. Report those and any action relevant plan during regional S&OP.

System : Ensure sites are fully leveraging and using existing process and systems. In particular ERP/APS parameters in MPS, MRP, Scheduling.Promote and ensure successful integration of Sccore.

Portfolio management : Drive and support portfolio strategy and deployment across sites, including simplification, harmonization, NPD and BCP.

Sourcing projects : Lead and coordinate sourcing strategic projects, transfer happening in the region and outside. Coordinate projects with local sites/CMO, markets and global team (global sourcing committee). Anticipate transition plan to ensure successful implementation with any business disruption.

Support innovation : Monitor and provide support to Business Development team projects. Align key figures (volumes, COGS, launches) between Industrial and Commercial teams. Provide analysis to facilitate and influence key decision making process and anticipate potential site impacts.

Team : Strengthen team collaboration between plant and market supply chain, aligning common targets. Create a platform to foster exchange of best practices across sites, promote successes. Develop team capabilities to build high talented and connected team with succession plans.

Internal  - IA sites, Market Supply Chain teams, Regulatory, Finances, Innovation/R&D, global IA Teams (innovations, sourcing, strategy, S&OP)

External - Co-manufacturers

Job Skills/Competencies

· Strong experience in S&OP and manufacturing (planning)

· Strong leadership skills to engage and grow remote local, regional, global teams toward a culture of high performance and collaboration

· Articulate and possess excellent communication skills to cascade and motivate and interact with senior management teams

· Proven influencing and negotiation skills to influence and drive changes in a regional / global environment

· Excellent analytical and organizational skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and manage multiple projects

· Good command of English
