Clinic Assistant Receptionist

Job type: Part-time

Salary: $1,000 - $1,500/month


· Friendly and good customer service to all patients and answering calls

· Wiling to learn, hardworking and able to work under stress

· Appointment scheduling & registration of patients using clinic computer software, accepting payment and invoice

· Keeping cleanliness of clinic at all times

· Any other ad-hoc tasks required in clinic

· Professional appearance


· Internal training provided

· Service-oriented, confident and passionate

· Team Player

· Good communication skill

· Proactive when issues arises

· Multi-tasking and time management skills

· Singaporeans and PRs only
