“N” or “O” level or WSG Certificate in Culinary Arts.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Special Aptitude

And Knowledge

Has high standard of   cleanliness and is meticulous and vigilant. Good experience in cooking for   the patients.

Job Summary

Ensure that the nutritional value and quality of meals   meet the required statutory requirements & standards.

Ensure provision of clean, safe, nutritionally balanced   & palatable food in line with the needs of the residents.

Be responsible for the running of the Kitchen in   compliance with the statutory regulations & standards of good practice.

Be responsible for the maintenance of hygiene and   cleanliness in the kitchen, food storage & serving areas.
