Job Description

Customer Service Assistants


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales quotations for management
  • Cold calling prospective customers directly to make appointment via email, online chat system and telephone call
  • Handle customers’ enquiries on email, online chat system and telephone call
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Coordinate and interact with different departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly
  • Manage Membership database for tracking and follow up
  • Assist n any ad-hoc duties and projects

Requirements:

  • At least a GCE O level. Only Singaporean and SPR shall apply.
  • At least one year of experience in telemarketing appointment setting,preferably with interior design, renovation industry knowledge or-and call center and customer service environment
  • Passion for service and possess good communication skills and telephone etiquette
  • Good spoken and writing skill in English and the ability to speak one other language will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Working at HQ office, 5-day or 5.5 days work
