Responsibilities

As a member of the Research & Development (R&D) team, you will be responsible for working closely with internal stakeholders to:

  • Perform vulnerability research in the areas of mobile technologies and/ or wireless devices and technologies such as mobile devices, WiFi, Bluetooth and IoT for defensive purposes
  • Design, build and test researched vulnerabilities on Android and iOS devices to understand the impact to the security of these devices
  • Conduct prototyping, integration, testing and enhance R&D processes and tools

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or related fields
  • Strong programming experience and familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Java and native C
  • Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications or strong interest may apply
  • Only Singaporeans need apply
  • Relevant knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas would be advantageous:
    • Experience in usage of debugger tools like GDB
    • Knowledge of assembly language in ARM and x86 will be advantageous
    • Knowledge of TCP/ IP and wireless protocols, and experience with analysis of protocols
    • Knowledge of and familiarity with Linux-like operating systems
    • For mobile technologies:
      • Reverse engineering experience in mobile applications
      • Experience in mobile application development (Android and/ or iOS)
    • For Wireless technologies:
      • Knowledge of wireless networking chipset and instruction sets
      • Knowledge of wireless chipset API to mobile devices/ IoT devices CPU
