Development Partner / Senior Development Partner (Channel Management 2)

You will play an instrumental role in strategizing, structuring and nurturing partnerships to develop projects that contribute to SME, Industry and Market development. You will work closely with Trade Associations and Chambers (TAC) as channel partners in identifying industry and SME challenges and forge collaboration with them to support the development of projects that could address these issues. You will also manage, monitor and review programmes through account management of partners as well as initiating, executing and tracking initiatives. There will also be a dynamic impetus to explore new ideas and work closely with multiple partner stakeholders to develop joint solutions in addressing SMEs business challenges. To ensure end to end support, you will also need to process TAC grant applications and claims, as well as drive TAC focused communication and outreach efforts.
You should have 3 to 7 years of relevant working experience. In addition, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication, networking, relationship management and negotiation skills, and ability to work independently and develop fresh solutions to address challenges. You must also be able to thrive under pressure and have an interest in working with partners such as trade associations and chambers to assist SMEs.
