Job Description

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Industry Conference Planning and Production
  • Market research through various channels including cold calling and internet to create and validate conference content with senior executives
  • Invitation, confirmation and management of speakers
  • Identification of potential conference sponsors and exhibitors
  • Managing events (both onsite and live online events), networking with senior executives and developing business relationships
  • Project manage and work together with sales, marketing and operations teams to achieve project objectives
  • Budgetary control of individual event costs and revenue goals
  • Creation of sales copy & content for the event brochure, interview pieces, marketing emailers, website copies and promotional pieces
