Job Description

Job Purpose

The Executive will be responsible for the management of Scoliosis Screening Programme. He/She will be required to achieve stated outcomes for the programme, customer service, data analytics and processes.

2.  Duties and Responsibilities

2.1  Primary Responsibilities and Duties

2.1.1  The Executive will oversee the programme to ensure that the Key Performance Indicators are met

2.1.2  He / She will manage patient enrollment and would be the principal data collector for the project sites

2.1.3  He / She is required to communicate and interview with patients to collect outcome indicators required for the programme

2.1.4  He / She is responsible to coordinate quarterly audit meeting and liaise with all stakeholders for data analysis

2.1.5  He/ She is responsible for programme updates and preparation of reports to management and MOH on quarterly basis

2.1.6  He / She will work independently or in collaboration with other healthcare professionals in health services research and analytics to generate insightful data for the programme.

2.1.7  He/ She, in partnership with the other Healthcare Professionals is responsible to provide assistance to patients during clinical investigation and achieving customer satisfaction


2.1.8  He/ She is responsible for two-way communication between Principal Director, stakeholders and patients.  He/ She should ensure timely dissemination of information, escalation of issues and recommending solutions to problems.

2.1.9  Participate in committees and other tasks as and when assigned.

2.2 Secondary Responsibilities and Duties

2.2.1  Disseminate and implement hospital’s policy & procedure.

2.2.2  Ensure Policy & Procedures are current.

2.2.3  Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

2.3  Personal responsibilities

2.3.1  Apply oneself to the job, continually upgrade oneself, live up to the Hospital’s core values.

3.  Job Requirements

3.1 Skills and Knowledge

Analytical, quantitative and communication skills (written & verbal).

3.1.2  Have practical knowledge of hospital operations.

3.1.3  Be computer literate in Microsoft Word / Excel.

3.1.4  Familiar with REDCap is an advantage.

3.1.5  Statistical analysis experience is an advantage

3.1.6  Comfortable managing research protocols

3.1.7  Able to work independently and also be a good team player

3.2 Personal Traits

3.2.1  Positive, motivated, able to manage pressure, takes initiative.

3.2.2  Is service oriented and customer focused. (CARE Standards)

3.3  Educational Qualifications & Working Experience

3.3.1  Basic degree in health sciences with relevant qualifications in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health or equivalent

3.3.2  At least two years’ working experience

3.3.3  Fresh graduates are welcome.

3.3.4  Contractual period till 31 March 2022.
