Job Description

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

1. Performs a variety of operational and administrative tasks such as (but not limited to) the following:-

1.1 Registration

1.2 Settlement

1.3 Reminder Calls

1.4 Handling and conversion of enquiries into appointments

1.5 Customer Service experience (Handling of positive and negative Feedbacks)

1.6 Dispense medications

1.7 Medisave & CHAS documentations

1.8 Giving relevant information regarding Pre and Post dental treatment procedures to patient/customer

1.9 Initiate and control surveys to assess patient/customer requirements and dedication.

1.10 Maintain workplace cleanliness and tidiness

1.11 Completion of daily reports and records as required

1.12 Handling of Insurance patients (E.g- AIA,IHP,MHC and etc)

2. Passive channelling of areas of improvements and proposed solutions to Supervisor/Management.

3. Administrative duties such as maintaining clinic records, fill out clinic forms, and file timely reports.

4. Maintaining a high degree of patient care at the clinic, ensuring that patients have the best experience possible to help grow the clinic's client base.

B. DEPENDABILITY

1. Observes work hours and time clock regulations.

2. Maintains a good attendance record, minimizing absenteeism.

3. Demonstrates flexibility in staffing and work practices and supports cross training as patient/customer needs require.

4. Consistently punctual in reporting to work and to and from work breaks.

5. Regularly attends meetings held by the Clinic Supervisor/ Management.
