Full Time Clinic Assistant

Triage Patient, Safe Entry

Registering Patients, dispensing medication, and collecting payments

Explain medical and health screen packages to patients

Arrange/Booking appointment for patients for follow-up treatment and vaccination

Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures and swab procedures.

Performing simple administrative duties assigned by superior

Daily e-submission of Managed Care claims for different insurance schemes and Medisave and CHAS submission.

Top up medications and assist in stock taking as required

Assist in training up the new staff for counter work.

Housekeeping and responsible for the cleanliness of the entire clinic facilities

Requirements:

Minimum GCE N/“O’ level or NITEC in Nursing or Higher NITEC in any discipline.

Sales experience an added advantage.

Preferably stayed in the northeast area.

Able to handle Chinese speaking patients.

5.5 days a week for retail hours on staggered hours (44 hours include 3 nights and 1 weekend)

Good learning and service attitude is compulsory.

Passionate in Healthcare.

Basic IT proficiency required (Clinic Assist, Managed Care portals)

Good command of spoken English.
