Phone Coaching

Job Description:

• Conduct phone coaching based on prior health screening results
• Provide concrete holistic health action plan through SMART goal setting
• Administrative work such as: Data Entry and Administering health surverys
• Payment by per completed health coaching
• Flexible work schedule
• Long-term regular job assignments available
• Training provided

*Health coaching topics may include nutrition, physical activity, stress and sleep, ergonomics and pain management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Nursing, Nutrition and Health Promotion related disciplines
• Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin/Malay/Tamil and/or also preferably a dialect
• At least 3 years of coaching/counselling or patient education experience with case management skill would be a bonus
• Proficient in Microsoft excel
• Available on weekdays between 8am to 10pm excluding Public Holidays
