Responsibilities:

• Personal Hygiene - Assist in personal care tasks such as bathing, personal grooming and toileting and elimination needs.
• Medication Reminder - Provide medication reminder service for medicine intake.
• Higher Personal Care - Assist in higher personal care tasks such as monitoring of vital signs and hot and cold applications.
• Light Housekeeping - Perform household chores to ensure a clean environment.

Requirements:

• Certificate in health care support
• At least 2 years of working experience in Social Service /Health sector preferred
• Passionate in working with elderly
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to speak Chinese dialect is preferred
• Willing to travel within Singapore

Other Information:

• 5.5 days work week
• Office hours
• Full-time/part-time position available
• Location: Islandwide
