Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Generalist role covering HR Administration, recruitment, training and employee engagement, etc
  • All workpass matters – EPOL, WOPL, OFWAS
  • Manage time attendance system
  • Monthly payroll calculation and reports
  • Flight arrangement for workers
  • Application of entry permit
  • Ordering of office stationery and office supplies
  • Organizing courier services / local and overseas
  • Maintenance of the day to day efficient operation of the office
  • Issuance of Purchase Orders and other support duties
  • Other scope of work assigned by the Management from time to time

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 year of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of human resources policies, MOM rules and regulations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in HR matters
  • Ability to interact and work with staffs of all levels (need to interact with foreign workers)
  • Proficient in Microsoft office ( Outlook, Word, Excel )
  • Strong organizational skills
