Job Description

This is a Human Resource Executive role with an investment company that is focused on the food and beverage sector. The incumbent will support the Operations Director & HR Manager with the full spectrum of human resource functions and partner with the organisation on strategic initiatives. He/She will maintain and enhance the organisation's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programmes and practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and administer HR policies, processes, and programmes in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, compensation & benefits, performance management, and exit management.
  • Act as the owner and custodian of the HR system for the effective and efficient management of HR related data.
  • Assist with manpower planning and budgeting, including resource planning for the purpose of business continuity.
  • Partner business managers on succession planning, talent management, and development.
  • Act as the HR subject matter expert, and support business managers to ensure that HR processes are aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Drive and execute employee engagement activities to sustain a cohesive and high-performance workforce.
  • Support the management with the fair management of employee grievances, if any.
  • Responsible for the discharge of HR administrative duties, including employee data management, leave management, HR documentation, filing, etc.


Key Requirements

  • Diploma in human resource management or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Human Resources generalist or business partner role.
  • Able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the F&B sector will be considered favourably.
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees.
  • Strong organisational, critical thinking, and communications skills.
  • Attention to detail and good judgment.
