1. Prepare food for cooking - cutting and washing meat, vegetables and fruits

2. Prepare beverage for residents and staff

3. Wash and dry dishes, utensils and crockery

4. Keep the kitchen clean

5. Properly store food and beverage items

6. Practise FIFO (First-in-first-out): Check expiry date and condition of packaged food and beverage before use

7. Compliance with food & beverage hygiene standards and standard operating procedures set for the Kitchen by the Society

8. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
