• Champion experimental learning experiences that are learner-centred; integrating the elements of pedagogical design, learning space and technology;
• Research and identify new learning methodologies, technologies and space utilisation for experimentation at INN x CSC;
• Co-design and advise effective virtual, blended and physical learning experiences, such as milestone programmes, short courses and learning events;
• Facilitate train-the-trainer and community sessions to upskill learning partners in new ways of learning and training;
• Collect and make sense of data, both qualitative and quantitative, to evaluate learning impact at INN x CSC;
• Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders within and outside of Civil Service College to influence change in the learning ecosystem and meet participants’ learning experience needs.

Job Requirements

• Strong team player with the ability to work and thrive in an agile, dynamic and experimental environment
• Strong organisational, analytical, project management and communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, creative and resourceful
• Possess professionalism and confidence in dealing with people at all levels
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Learning & Development (L&D)
• Expertise in user experience design could be helpful
• Experience in classroom training/facilitation and design of learning interventions
