Job Description

  • Provide leadership to a team of officers to drive the development of team competencies and develop them as professionals
  • Oversee the grant application team to ensure efficient handling and processing of grants application
  • Lead the teams in the handling of client enquiries, appeals, feedback, and complaints; and in engaging clients to understand their needs and concerns
  • Drive efforts to enhance internal operations, systems, and processes to improve the quality of service, efficiency of operation and governance of grants
  • Seek cross-sector collaborations with other agencies and external parties to improve the processes and strengthen the grant administration

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant managerial experience with significant exposure to customer relationship management or grant operation management in the public sector or private sector in the health or social care industry
  • Able to balance operational demands and higher policy considerations
  • Good project management and organizational skills; strong analytical, writing, and research skills; and aptitude for problem-solving including numerical analysis and the ability to handle ambiguity and high work pressure in a fast pace work environment
  • Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Team player with a high level of initiative and strong interpersonal communication skills in handling diverse situations
  • Change management experience, including communications, engagement, behavioural, and cultural change would be an added advantage.
