Job Description

You promote, coordinate and execute a systematic approach towards training and learning. On this, you analyse operational requirements to identify training needs and to design, development, implement and evaluate training solutions. You integrate adult learning pedagogies and learning technologies such as e-Learning and simulation systems to enhance training effectiveness, efficiency, and promote learners’ engagement, and establish both long and short-term goals for the curriculum development efforts, and assist in the review of the training audit matrix to ascertain the effectiveness of the curriculum. Your challenge lies in keeping abreast of industry standards, best practices, and norms in curriculum and instructional design to enhance curricula, as well as forging partnerships with various agencies and balancing their needs.

You must have a tertiary qualification, with at least 2 years’ of relevant work experience in the field of training, learning, and education, or other relevant fields. Possession of professional qualifications like WSQ ACTA/ACLP is a must. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
