Job Description

You are responsible for the formulation and review of MINDEF/SAF discipline and inquiry policies, in relation to offence discovery and investigations, formal disciplinary proceedings and administrative actions. You also support Director Manpower in the management of Committees of Inquiry and responses to critical manpower incidents, and are responsible for making relevant legislative amendments to maintain the relevance of the SAF Act.

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with prior experience in policy formulation or implementation. Possession of strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, communication, writing and social skills is essential. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.

IHRP Certification is preferred/is a plus.
