Job Description

You analyse, identify and provide key support in the areas of education, relations, and communications of a ministry-governed fund to its members and service partners. You also formulate effective communication vehicles and messages to aid policy clarifications, build member relations and confidence in the Fund. You develop and maintain tools to allow members to make informed decisions on investment choices suited for their personal circumstances. Your challenge will be profiling and diagnosing the needs of a diverse population with varying degrees of financial knowledge, and making insightful and effective recommendations to formulate key communication and education initiatives.

You should preferably have a tertiary qualification in Business Studies/Business Administration/Economics/Communications or other relevant field of studies, with at least 2 years of working experience. Relevant experience in Investor/Financial Education is advantageous. You must demonstrate strong oral / written / interpersonal communication skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, good quantitative and analytical skills. In addition, you should be comfortable and competent in public speaking or presentation. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
