Job Description

You support re-organisational efforts in manpower planning. On this, you identify gaps, recommend action plans and implement staff engagement initiatives. Your challenge lies in being able to come up with effective strategies and action plans to achieve the intended outcomes, as well as adapting relevant features of the market’s best practices.

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with at least 5 years’ work experience in HR, preferably in policy formulation, staff engagement or relevant HR operation. Possession of good analytical, interpersonal, writing and verbal communication skills is essential. You must be a team player with good time and project management skills, as well as strong attention to details. Having proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and other statistical programmes or experience in data analytics is advantageous. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
