Job Description

You drive training excellence in the training institutes through governance over training and instructional standards. You conduct audits and proficiency checks to ensure compliance of training and instructional standards. You uphold the unit’s doctrine structure and work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review, update and improve training policies and practices. You also manage and coordinate all Organisational Excellence (OE) efforts. Your challenges lies with familiarising yourself with the wide range of training directives and policies to ensure the training standards are met.

You must have tertiary education in learning sciences, training development, or a related discipline with at least 4 years of relevant work experience in area of quality assurance, audit, or organisational excellence. Having relevant experiences in conducting training and/or facilitating learning would be advantageous. You must possess good leadership qualities, along with strong conceptualisation and communication skills. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
