Medical Appointment Coordinator (3 months contract convertible to Perm)

Job Description:

• Assist clients to book for specialist appointments
• Coordinate on amendments and cancellations
• Non client facing, all bookings are done through phone calls
• Ensure client satifaction and processes are kept within Service level agreement
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Some experience in customer service related roles
• Able to speak well over the phone
