Job Description

As an SDA Administrator, you will be a part of a team that manages over 500 Safe Distancing Ambassadors (SDAs) deployed daily. These SDAs play a crucial role in helping to advise and encourage public compliance to safe distancing measures.


Key Responsibilities

You will be employed on a part-time basis, around 2 to 5 full working days a week. Your duties and responsibilities include but not restricted to the following:

  • Assist in HR and administrative functions.  These include (but are not limited to) processing required paperwork, timesheets and payroll for SDA deployment.
  • Be the central point of contact for all SDA-related matters.
  • Assist in any other operational functions pertaining to COVID-19 outbreak response.



You will need to be pro-active, resourceful and engaging when dealing with stakeholders. You should be meticulous, detail-oriented, and well versed with Excel. Prior experience in payroll would be advantageous.
