Job Description


  • Develop SkillsFuture Credit related operational processes and policies with SSG stakeholders

  • Analyse SkillsFuture Credit utilisation data and prepare for reporting on outcomes and trends

  • Review long term outcomes of SkillsFuture Credit towards future policy refinement 

  • Maintain the data sharing procedures for SkillsFuture Credit data and facilitate sharing of data

  • Initiate process reviews for SkillsFuture Credit operational processes

  • Partner stakeholders to provide critical SkillsFuture Credit support systems such as course eligibility, escalation and appeal management, public communications 

  • Troubleshoot exceptional issues arising from the implementation of SkillsFuture Credit


  • Tertiary qualifications

  • 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in policy design, operations, project management and stakeholder engagement 

  • A team player who is agile, adaptable, collaborative, highly independent,  committed and to a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking

  • Possesses strong stakeholder management, project management, analytical and decision making skills  

  • An effective communicator who possesses good English speaking and writing skills 

  • This is a 2-Year contract position
