Job Description

You will support the Polyclinics Development Department in coordinating  all new polyclinics development projects. Your duties shall include, but not limited to the following:


  • Coordinating the development of new polyclinics in the clinical and operational areas, as well as in user workshops and design reviews.
  • Managing all assigned projects from conceptual stage to completion.
  • Tracking and monitoring project time lines.
  • Liaising and coordinating with the various internal and external stakeholders and the clinic teams, to ensure efficient execution of the projects.
  • Creating and Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, and submission of reports when necessary.
  • Assists in the review of specifications and procurement of items for the clinics.
  • Performing administrative tasks in support of the department.


Requirements:


  • Degree in any discipline
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Project Management skills would be an advantage
