Job Description
You will support the Polyclinics Development Department in coordinating all new polyclinics development projects. Your duties shall include, but not limited to the following:
- Coordinating the development of new polyclinics in the clinical and operational areas, as well as in user workshops and design reviews.
- Managing all assigned projects from conceptual stage to completion.
- Tracking and monitoring project time lines.
- Liaising and coordinating with the various internal and external stakeholders and the clinic teams, to ensure efficient execution of the projects.
- Creating and Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, and submission of reports when necessary.
- Assists in the review of specifications and procurement of items for the clinics.
- Performing administrative tasks in support of the department.
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Project Management skills would be an advantage
