Job Description

Job Scope & Responsibilities

  • Provide sales and admin support to the sales team on day to day duties
  • Maintain a high level of customer service quality to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Support and achieve personal and team KPIs by actively contributing to the achievement of sales objectives
  • Handle routine telephone, email and fax queries from customers
  • Follow-up enquiries with local and overseas clients
  • Preparation and follow-up of quotations based on clients' request
  • Generate quotation, PO/DO, sales orders, invoices and delivery reports
  • Coordinating with Operations / Purchasing / Finance departments to expedite on-time deliveries to customers
  • Administration and support on payment collection
  • Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned by management


  • Minimum Nitec, N' or O' Level holder
  • At least 1 to 2 years in a similar role
  • Tech savvy, good with computers and proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to read and write both English and Mandarin in order to process documents/queries from mandarin-speaking counterparts
  • Agile and willing to learn
