Job Description
• Develop end-to-end sales strategies and initiatives from lead generation, prospecting, closing, follow-up, after sales etc.
• Pro-actively identify and propose business opportunities where available
• Prospect qualification and the development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
• Should be a fast learner with a new tech coming very frequently and must be well acquainted with current techs like RPA, Blockchain, Analytics, IoT. Also good understanding of ERP, CRM
• Understand and prepare technical and commercial proposal by collaborating with various internal teams
• Collaborate with business consultant and pre-sales to develop customer capture plan and ensure a winning proposal strategy.
• To prepare/craft out quotations and proposals together with products, Pre-sales, and delivery teams for client’s requirement
• Work with business and functional teams to translate partnership strategy into clear roadmaps, and actionable pipeline of opportunities
• Deliver key strategic partnerships including sourcing, commercial discussions, contract negotiations, technical and marketing integrations, and ongoing monitoring and tracking against agreed KPIs
• Attend industry functions, such as events and conferences to provide relevant feedbacks to management
• Collaborate with product, marketing platforms, channels, and technology teams to drive the successful execution and implementation of the partnership pipeline
• Ensure all executions and plans adhere to company policies and guidelines
• Plan approaches and pitches with sales and presales
• Participate in pricing and solution discussion
Must have:
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the software and technology industry, with a proven track record of growing and sustaining sales revenue
• Experience in enterprise business in software/platform sales and/or account management
• Highly self-motivated results-oriented, a goal-getter, and with a positive working attitude
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of contract negotiation, risk management, and commercial and legal terms
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization. The adeptness to thrive and work independently in a dynamic environment with assigned timelines
