Senior / Health Policy Analyst (Subvention)

Responsibilities

You will formulate, review and implement national subsidy policies and funding frameworks, so that our healthcare system is sustainable, affordable and accessible to all Singaporeans.  Your specific portfolio will include overseeing efforts to harmonise of charging rules and develop related governance processes as part of an initiative to transform patient billing in the public healthcare sector. You will also shape and implement a system to record and update healthcare financing policies as well as their timely and accurate dissemination. 

Requirements

• Experience in knowledge management, IT system implementation / governance or finance/accounting is preferred
• Policy acumen and strong critical thinking abilities
• Good quantitative skills, as well as writing and communication skills
• Good people skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders
• Able to work independently and display initiative
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and welcome challenges
