Job Description


The role of the officer is to drive the development of the Business Grants Portal and the governance framework for new/enhanced business grants to improve the accessibility of business grants. This includes:

a. Working with public agencies to understand and harmonise end-to-end business requirements for system development;

b. Reviewing grant administration policies, guidelines and service delivery standards and developing a central policy where relevant;

c. Driving process improvements in the area of grant administration;

d. Streamlining grants and standardising data fields; and

e. Streamlining application and evaluation processes among government agencies.



You should have/be:

· Minimum 2 years of working experience in grant management and/or administration, preferably in the area of incentives design, business grants delivery, stakeholder management and coordination of inter-agency issues;

· strong understanding of incentive management systems and operations; and

· excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Prior experience in IT system implementation would be advantageous
