Job Description


  • Course delivery to students, including curriculum development, course assessment, project supervision, mentoring of students and providing pre-, in- and post-course advice
  • Enhance the quality of lesson design and delivery through implementing appropriate teaching and learning strategies and methods
  • Evaluate curriculum design, development, delivery and assessment to enhance their effectiveness
  • Spearhead and lead developmental initiatives and industry collaborations, including competitions
  • Stay current and responsive to changing trends in the profession and educational landscape through active engagement with industry and professional bodies/communities
  • Lead or represent in school committees and contribute to administrative/management tasks (i.e. outreach, student recruitment, project management etc.) as and when required
  • Review, formulate and implement processes in response to new initiatives/strategies set by the School/Dept
  • Develop and deliver CET programmes


  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in Architecture or Built Environment Industry
  • Relevant qualification in Architecture¬†
  • Experienced in Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) processes¬†
  • Familiar with Sustainable Built Environment Design and Strategies
  • Familiar with BIM (Revit), SketchUp, Microsoft Projects, Photoshop/Illustrator. Rhino and Grasshopper will be a bonus
  • Possess hands-on experience as well as leading project team to deliver according to committed schedules
  • Familiar with submission requirements and processes for relevant authorities such as BCA, URA etc.
  • Familiar with current architectural policies and practices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in healthcare design and service experience design will be a bonus
  • Candidate should possess relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Digital Design
    • Digital Fabrication
    • Digital Construction
    • Digital Asset Delivery and Management
