We are looking for a highly energetic individual who is passionate to make a difference and to redefine the experiences of taxpayers and IRAS’ staff by leveraging digitalisation, analytics and design.

1. Strategic Planning (Transformation, Digital Projects)

Chart IRAS' direction through strategic planning and key initiatives involving process redesign, experimenting with new digital tools and driving other transformation projects. Collaborate with internal or external stakeholders to drive strategy and execution of such projects to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Senior Management on transformation plans and priorities that are aligned with IRAS’ and Whole of Government (WOG) direction
  • Identify and assess emerging trends and external factors to ensure robustness of transformation plans
  • Drive and maintain oversight on the transformation plans and initiatives collaboratively with internal stakeholders and ensure Organisation alignment
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop, manage and monitor risks under the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, and formulate appropriate strategies and action plans
  • Measure, monitor and report on the implementation and success outcomes of key transformation initiatives

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree and above in any discipline (e.g IT, Law)
  • Able to handle multiple projects at the same time and work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills and comfortable with engaging multiple and diverse stakeholders
  • Possess critical analytical thinking skills - Ability to review processes and consider opportunity areas from an end-to-end perspective
  • Use-case identification, management and application of technology and digital tools to improve work processes and ensure customer-centricity.  Must be comfortable working in an agile manner
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, independent and a team player
  • Creative and willing to challenge status quo

2. Corporate Communications (Digital Branding, Strategic Narrative Development)

Responsibilities:

  • Building and sustaining a strong organisational culture through the development and management of our publicity and engagement programmes
  • Enhancing IRAS’ corporate image through strategies, systems and relationships
  • Engaging the key communications functions of sense-making and insights, communications strategy and planning, media relations, digital media, outreach and engagement, internal communications and marketing communications

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree and above in Communications or Mass Communications
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, independent and a team player
  • Creative and willing to challenge status quo
  • Some experience in media relations, community engagement or marketing communications would be preferred
  • Experience in website/digital management and graphic/multimedia skills would be an advantage

3. Human Resource (Workforce Planning, Employer Branding & Recruitment)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for researching and evaluating the digital tools and platforms
  • Enhancing IRAS’ corporate image through strategies and programmes with campuses, media etc
  • Recommends workforce development policies and executes specific initiatives
  • Harnessing digital tools and platforms, and insights from data, to advance objectives
  • Stewarding the operationalisation of plans and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or a related discipline
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, independent and a team player
  • Creative and willing to challenge status quo
  • Experience in website/digital management and graphic/multimedia skills would be an advantage
