Job Description

Main Duties

  • Experience in Construction Project Management (M&E) in large scale projects
  • Responsible for the overall implementation and completion of projects within scheduled time, cost and quality
  • Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operations
  • Co-ordinate and liaise closely with sub-contractor, supplier, architect, client and relevant party
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
  • To ensure projects meet client’s quality standards and timely complete.
  • To ensure the site comply with MOM, NEA and other government authorities’
  • Co-ordinate with Site Supervisor and Sub-contractors on progress matters and prepare monthly and weekly reports
  • To develop, monitor and review equipment and manpower deployment plans for project sites
  • To perform monthly/weekly/daily project progress reporting activities
  • To monitor the progress of projects and Update the management for any schedule variances
  • To design, install and commission environmental control systems like ACMV/HVAC
  • Assists in plan and specification analysis to provide clear and traceable design/drawings for construction
  • Manage project details including contracts, estimates, tenders, schedules, quotations, purchase orders etc
  • Result oriented in Design, Installation, Testing & Commissioning in Environmental Control System & Tunnel Ventilation System (ECS&TVS), ACMV/HVAC in MRT (Commercial Buildings and Land and Transport Authority). HVAC/ACMV Design, Installation, and T&C in Data Center and server room heat load calculation and CFD calculation for HVAC and MV System


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's DegreeProfessional Degree in Engineering Mechanical / Electrical / Building / Facilities Management.
  • At least 5 Year(s) or above of relevant working experience
  • Positive mind-set and strong initiative in continuous improvement a must
  • Good interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to commence asap
