Job Description & Requirements

1. Take charge of entire clinical nursing practice in a Senior Care Centre
2. Take charge of nursing care for elderly clients, including fall risks and hospitalization processes
3. Take charge of medical procedures in an outbreak of infectious diseases
4. Conduct client assessments during admissions and periodic reviews
5. Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions
6. Oversee adequacy of medical supplies and equipment
7. Plan and conduct programmes activities for elderly clients
8. Conduct talks on nursing care and healthcare for clients and caregivers
9. Teach caregivers on how they can better care for elderly seniors

Requirements

1. Diploma in Nursing – Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
2. Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital or eldercare setting
3. Good communication and interpersonal skill
4. Possess a passionate disposition to care for seniors
5. Be able to conduct care programmes for seniors
