Job Description
The Site Operations Manager is responsible for the smooth and safe operations at Covid-19 Vaccination Centre in in adherence with regulatory and organizational policies and procedures. He/ she manages queries on the ground and is a point of liaison with stakeholders: regulators, patients, venue owners, vendors, and staff.
1. Oversee Vaccination Centre Operations
(a) Manage and fully accountable for set-up and on-site operations at Covid19 Vaccination centre
(b) Lead a team comprising of clinical (doctor/nurses) and support staff in ensuring that vaccinations follow patient safety and MOH requirements
(c) Ensure adherence to MOH vaccine supply and cold chain processes and workflows
(d) Ensure smooth patient traffic flow from one station to another
(e) Responsible to address deviations from established standard operating procedures and escalations as necessary
(f) Provide support to doctor/nurses and set clear directions, ensure staff preparedness in the event of an emergency, such as adverse reactions to vaccination
(g) Ensure safe distancing measures and strict infection control are always implemented and in place
(h) Maintain the proper use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
(i) Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
(j) Perform and support in any other duties as assigned
2. Oversee Staff Manning Levels and Welfare
(a) Oversee the maintenance of staff rosters as well as onsite welfare in collaboration with stakeholders
(b) Coordinate with various departments to ensure staff are adequately deployed across all stations
(c) Provide guidance and direction to functional leads (eg. Registration, vaccination, observation) during vaccination operations
3. Reporting to Stakeholders
a) Ensure timely reporting to leadership team, and government stakeholders
Requirements
Hands-on leadership and ability to adapt to dynamic environment & requirements
Possess leadership skills in working with other clinical and non-clinical staff
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills are required
