#SGUP Project Manager (Value Chain Optimisation)

Attachment Description:

This position involves the managing of projects, namely VCO & Analytics and Hubspot replacement. Each of these projects will be headed by one project manager who will be involved in the development, resource allocation, client management, and documentation of the projects, amongst other responsibilities.

Specific Responsibilities:

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Develop a Project Management Plan Document

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Report and escalate to management as needed

Conduct Project meetings

Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Able to perform risk management to minimize project risks

Idenitfy risks, likelihood and migration measures

Tracking and reviewing

Acquire knowledge of fundamental project management processes, methodologies and tools & techniques and ability to adapt them to organization

Familiar with the organizational culture, norms, code of conduct, environment, people and work

Able to understand the fundamentals of Singapore electricity market

Able to assist to develop Value Chain Optimization (VCO) Operations Strategy
