Responsibilities: 


Digital delivery and change management

  • Drive the use of technology to improve work processes and service delivery, including developing and deploying Robotic Process Automation scripts  
  • Communicate and manage change for various stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure high adoption and successful deployment of digital service initiatives, including the tracking of success measurements of digital services, such as adoption rates
  • Scan for service improvement and technology trends and solutions, and facilitate learning of best practices across service delivery functions in IRAS
  • Identify and evaluate potential use-cases for new digital solutions, and experiment/implement solutions in collaboration with various stakeholders

Data analysis and visualisation
• Analyse data across contact channels to understand taxpayer segments, predict their behaviours and customise solutions to enhance service delivery
• Build dashboards and/or perform data exploration/analysis to support business decisions

Requirements: 

• Prior experience in data analytics, IT and programming is strongly preferred    

*All new appointees will be appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance
