Job Description

We are looking for an Admin & HR Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Operations and HR department.

Job Description

· Raise quotations and invoices when needed

· Monthly bank reconciliation

· Update internal databases with new hire information

· Publish and remove job ads

· Schedule job interviews

· Respond to employee’s questions about benefits

· General office administration

· Any other ad hoc duties as assigned


· Diploma in Business Admin/ HRM / Accounting

· Minimum 1-year relevant experience

· Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint

· Familiarity with HRMS

· Good organizing and planning skills and a strong sense of responsibility
