Job Description


• Produce flawless virtual, physical and hybrid events across APAC in close cooperation with our external agencies and partners

• Work across multiple APAC countries, with a strong operational focus and a hands-on attitude in a high pace organization and environment

• As part of the APAC marketing leadership team the candidate has to be savvy in an international organization, and need to show excellent skills in relationship building and stakeholder management

• Manage and maintain relationships with the main business marketing stakeholders in APAC, especially being able to represent the team

• Work closely with global and cross-functional counterparts to ensure cohesion and scalability for events messaging, campaigns and product launches

• Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to the team, managing the team not only in the delivery of events but also in scaled projects

• Overseeing the rhythm of business for team management including planning, resourcing and work reviews

• Development, production and delivery of events following briefs from internal stakeholders

• Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet stakeholder expectations

• Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project

• Using initiative to problem solve and find satisfactory solutions

• Communicating, maintaining and developing internal client relationships

• Managing supplier relationships across APAC

• Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently

• Being responsible for project budgets from start to finish

• Ensuring excellent client and partner experience in the form of flawless events

• Organisation is obviously key but in equal importance is communication. You’ll need to have a good cultural fit in the  employee community and be confident with communicating with all stakeholders that you will work closely to.


• Minimum of 8 years’ experience working in an event management role

• Experience in people management

• Operationally focused and keen to work hard

• Ability to work in a fast paced company

• Personable and team player

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Very strong project management and decision-making skills

• Ability to work collaboratively and multi-task
