Job Description

Job Scope:

Work with the product owners and delivery team to manage the roll out of new and enhanced digital services on schedule, within budget and to the business owner’s satisfaction

Provide technical and end-user support to digital services & products

Effectively engage and work with product vendors to ensure delivery according to contract, schedule and expectations

Work closely with the Facilities Management Team and product vendors to resolve application and infrastructure related issues

Review and propose implementation of technology changes or developments that would enhance user experience.

Job Requirement:

Preferably at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in managing IT application and infrastructure development projects and maintenance of web-based technologies

Knowledge in Waterfall/ Agile/ Scrum methodology of full Software Development Life Cycle process

Project Management related certifications such as CITPM, COMIT or PMI will be an added advantage

Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills

Motivated by innovation to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction

Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
