Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Support the Account Managers in business workflow and reporting
- Always be informed on current status/activities within the Account
- Support Account Managers to prepare and go through EPAM deal approval process prior to providing commitment to customers
- Support Account Manager with the Contract Management cycle as well as help to track contract signature status, expiration dates and budgets
- Ensure necessary updates regarding upcoming changes within the Account (Project, Team, etc.) are properly reflected
- Ensure all EPAM internal tools are up-to-date and reflect relevant status of the Account activities
- Support Account Managers to perform timely revenue recognition
- Work with Delivery Management organization to ensure projects within AM Portfolio are properly planned and tracked
- Keep track on billing records/time reporting
- Ensure that annual financial projections are up to date and in line with the Agreements (as well as the potential ones)
- Proactively analyze Account profitability
- Prepare the P&L models for the deals within the Account
- Actively participate in cost optimization process
- Support Delivery manager and the Project manager in staffing matters
- Attrition analysis
- Helping with onboarding/offboarding/movement cases (the process got stuck somewhere, not all accesses are provided, information missing)
- Owning Out of hours and Release support reporting and payment
- Being responsible for some of the contract compliance controls
- Creating and maintaining different types of documents – policies, plans, instructions, knowledge base
- Ad hoc reports and requests
REQUIREMENTS
- Having at least minimum Basic Vocational Certification in Project management/Business administration or any equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- At least Upper Intermediate+ English/German – must-have
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel) – must-have
- At least basic understanding of Corporate Finance, previous experience with company/department P&L analysis is very desirable
- Continuous self-development at the intersection of economic and technical trends
- Highly detail-oriented, organizational and analytical skills
